Job Description

Description of the role: Griswold Home Care for Metrowest-Boston is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as CNAs - HHAs-Companions. In this role, you will provide direct care and companionship to clients in the Milford, Marlboro, Massachusetts area.. Your main responsibility will be to promote the overall well-being and independence of our clients through various activities and personal care assistance. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is preferred; but experience as a Companion is also important
Prior experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
