Are you a dog lover with a knack for helping people? At The Dog Club , we’re more than just a dog boarding and daycare facility – we’re a home away from home for our furry friends. With amazing square footage of climate-controlled space, we provide a safe, fun, and crate-free environment for dogs to play, relax, and enjoy their stay. Now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and help make every pup’s day (and their owner’s) better!
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of The Dog Club, ensuring both our human and canine clients have a pawsitive experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and their furry companions with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries about our services.
- Assisting with booking reservations and scheduling daycare or boarding stays.
- Managing check-ins and check-outs for our four-legged guests.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete.
- Collaborating with our team to guarantee a safe and happy environment for all dogs.
No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a love for dogs and a passion for customer service.
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
- Can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Is reliable, friendly, and eager to learn.
- Thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere.
