We’re seeking a Data Entry Project Manager. This person is responsible for working with our internal Technology/Product development and Account teams to collect/enter client program data weekly, check data compliance for accuracy to ensure we deliver on all client contracted deliverables. To accomplish this, the PM must be a strong communicator, organized, self-motivated with a foundational understanding of interoperability, and comfortable leading discussions with a range of stakeholder audiences, including the ability to demonstrate solutions to all cross-functional teams and clients. A key part of this role will be designing a process and setting up data compliance and quality assurance to ensure systems are up to date and accurate for our client. We also expect this individual to drive a solution-oriented mindset!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Aid in weekly client data entry, compliance and quality control across cross-functional teams. This will require you to understand contracted deliverables, manage expectations, timelines, client needs, and internal capabilities to identify and deliver on client goals. 

• Manage, provide awareness and communicate expectations of deliverable timelines.
• Display strong knowledge of internal solutions to help client teams identify scopes.
• Aid in connecting cross-functional teams to mitigate risks of missing client deliverables.
• Work closely with the assigned team leaders to manage customer initiatives that drive the overall health, satisfaction, and retention of clients.
• Create a solid framework of internal processes to develop processes, RACI and educate internal/external customers.
• Leverage methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration as well as have experience in working with Project Management tools (preferably Asana)

SKILLSETS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, including project management in customer-facing roles and in product management/analytics
• Proficiency with project management tools, including the ability to set up complex projects, automate workflows, generate custom reports, and integrate with other systems. A comprehensive understanding of the critical skills required for a project manager to succeed today, such as leadership, effective communication, risk assessment, and agile adaptation to evolving project needs. 
• Strong experience in building ways of working, processes, and solutions from the ground up.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to lead discussions and adjust your communication style for diverse audiences at all levels of the organization and with varying levels of expertise.
• A creative problem solver with a passion for helping internal teams and clients develop and deliver solutions.
• Proactive and Active team player who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Strong knowledge within the data, analytics, and media spaces to support client leadership teams in identifying appropriate solutions to client business needs.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to optimize project delivery.

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $82,740 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
