Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for answering phone calls, performing basic data entry, and managing the scheduling of appointments to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, assisting callers with scheduling inquiries.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately using scheduling software or systems.
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars and records.
  • Perform basic data entry tasks, including inputting client information into databases or electronic health records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other departments to coordinate appointments.
  • Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues as they arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and directing calls as appropriate.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training a plus.
  • Proven experience in scheduling, data entry, or administrative roles preferred.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with computers and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
