Showing Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team! Have you been thinking of making a change? Do you love Real Estate and are curious about how to start? We’re a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and to show homes for our Senior Buyer Agents in the area. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. Responsibilities:

• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
• Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes
• Keep the Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Refine the buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary

Qualifications:

• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend to get a real estate license
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• High school diploma
