Job Description

The Lindsey Bartley Team is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Real Estate Assistant to help keep our fast-paced real estate team organized, efficient, and thriving! This role is perfect for someone who loves variety in their day, enjoys supporting a team, and is eager to pitch in wherever needed. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our operations smooth, from managing calendars and supporting agents to jumping into creative projects like social media content and Reels. No two days are the same, and your ability to stay organized, proactive, and team-focused will make you a champion in this role. We will work with a college student's schedule for this role. Responsibilities:

• Manage team scheduling, appointments, and calendars
• Help organize office systems, supplies, and communication
• Support agents with listing preparation, errands, and day-to-day needs
• Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and tracking leads or transactions
• Collaborate on social media content creation, including filming/creating Reels
• Pitch in on creative marketing projects, events, and community outreach
• Provide general team support—jump in wherever help is needed!

Qualifications:

• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable learning new systems and tech tools
• Strong communicator and team player
• Creative eye for social media and marketing
• Knowledge of how to use spreadsheets
• Positive attitude and ready-to-help mindset
• Previous real estate, admin, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
