We are currently seeking a Team Lead - HelpDesk to join our team in Panama, Panamá (PA-8), Panama (PA).

Requirements

• Flexibility in working on Afternoon/Night/Day shifts
• Advanced English (written & verbal)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Minimum 2 years working in a network/server infrastructure and/or network security role.

Recommended Certifications (or equivalent):

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

Responsibilities:

• Answer technical support calls, providing and escalating to other support groups
• Provide support based on email-generated requests or reports
• Document troubleshooting steps and a detailed description of the customer incidents and requests
• Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures
• Monitors the ticketing queue and responds to service requests or incidents.
• Troubleshot problems by analyzing root causes and evaluating multiple options for server and Desktop Virtualization Technologies, including Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, and Failover Clustering
• Act as a liaison between vendors, customer technical support, and departments to resolve complex system and/or network problems. Coordinate and implement corrective measures.
