What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start August 2025 and continue through the entire Fall term (i.e., through December) or into early Spring 2026, if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time, for most internships. Please consider before applying. International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. Again, please do not apply until you know you can work 40 hours per week. This is required for external applicants. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized intern to support a key Compensation Infrastructure Project. This project aims to streamline processes, integrate systems, and develop reporting tools for the Compensation and HR teams. The intern will play a crucial role in project management, driving coordination across teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
What You'll Do Lead project management tasks, including creating and tracking project plans, milestones, and deliverablesOrganize and facilitate meetings across multiple teams, tracking progress and capturing action itemsBridge communication between business stakeholders and developers to clarify and translate business requirementsSupport automation efforts to improve process efficiencyMonitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are metCollaborate with compensation, HR, and IT/software teams to align on project objectives
