PASTRY PRODUCTION/PACKAGING STAFF

The Goddess and Grocer catering kitchen is looking for experienced pastry production and packaging staff for day and night shifts. Located at 1036 N. Kilbourn, our commissary kitchen is a high volume, fast paced and fun environment with an amazing and dedicated staff. We are looking for candidates who are responsible, kind, have a strong work ethic and integrity. If this is you, let's talk!

Responsibilities

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
• Review daily catering orders, store food and other wholesale orders and fulfill items for production and packaging.

• Ensure that production and packaging is completed according to The Goddess quality standards and in a timely fashion
• Answer and report to the Chef on duty.
• Keep stations and all storage areas clean following sanitation requirements. 
• Stock deliveries and inventory appropriately according to standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Skills

• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. 
• Produce and packaging in accordance with The Goddess quality standards. 
• Familiar with industry’s best practices
